Founded on the principle that great design must be structurally sound before it can be beautiful, Pro-Concept® Studio operates at the intersection of architecture, interior design, and precision fabrication. We manage the complete lifecycle of every project — from the first site visit and 3D visualisation to technical drawings, custom millwork, and final on-site installation. Our clients don't hand off a brief and hope for the best. They walk through a fully visualised space before a single wall is touched.
Our Studio Process
An Integrated Practice, Not Just a Design Studio
Most interior design firms stop at the render. We go further. Pro-Concept® Studio owns the entire process — spatial planning, technical documentation, bespoke joinery fabricated in our 12,000 sq. ft. Industrial Area workshop, and on-site supervision through to handover.
This integrated model means one point of accountability, zero handoff friction, and spaces that are built exactly as designed — to the millimetre. We work with corporate tenants, commercial developers, and business owners across Nairobi who need interiors that perform as hard as they look.
Every project that leaves this studio has been interrogated — spatially, technically, and aesthetically. We ask whether the layout serves the people who will use it, whether the materials will hold their quality over time, and whether the finished space will still feel intentional five years from now. That rigour is what separates design that impresses on a screen from design that performs in real life.
