Project Intent
For the Chasp Advisory Suite, the challenge was to articulate a space that feels both transparent and secure. We utilized a palette of “Warm Minimalism”—combining natural textures with sharp, architectural lines—to create an environment that fosters strategic thinking and high-level advisory discussions.
Technical Integration
Acoustic Seclusion: We engineered specialized wall assemblies and ceiling treatments to ensure complete speech privacy between executive boardrooms and open-flow areas, a critical requirement for financial advisory.
Material Precision: The suite features custom-fabricated joinery and millwork, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the client’s commitment to detail and precision.
Spatial Articulation: The layout was configured to maximize natural light penetration from the Westlands skyline while maintaining the intimate, boutique feel of a private suite.
