Project Intent
The MGA Industrial Lounge serves as the social heart of the Corporate Hub. The objective was to create a space that feels inherently relaxed yet technically refined. By exposing the building’s structural anatomy and pairing it with curated, minimalist furnishings, we’ve created a boutique atmosphere that bridges the gap between commercial efficiency and hospitality-driven comfort.
Technical Integration
Material Sourcing: We utilized a palette of hand-finished timber, raw steel, and exposed concrete to create a tactile environment that ages gracefully under heavy commercial use.
Ambient Articulation: The acoustic and lighting systems were engineered to adapt from high-visibility daytime meetings to intimate evening social events without structural reconfiguration.
Bespoke Millwork: Every furniture element was custom-calibrated to the spatial footprint, ensuring that the “BoConcept” minimalist identity is integrated into the very fabric of the room.
