Project Intent
The objective for the Westlands site was to engineer a high-performance shell that prioritizes technical longevity over transient aesthetic trends. By delivering a robust Shell & Core, we have provided the client with a versatile foundation capable of supporting complex corporate infrastructures while maintaining a clean, industrial silhouette.
Technical Integration
- Integrated Conduit Systems: We prioritized the pre-installation of electrical and structural pathways to eliminate the need for invasive retrofitting during future fit-outs.
Load-Bearing Efficiency: The structural core was optimized for maximum floor-plate flexibility, allowing for open-plan commercial configurations without internal obstruction.
Material Longevity: Focus was placed on raw durability during the Shell & Core stage to ensure the building’s thermal and structural performance remains consistent throughout its lifecycle.
