Project Intent
The MGA Corporate Hub was conceived as a multi-functional anchor for a modern conglomerate. The design utilizes a “Raw-Refined” contrast, exposing structural concrete elements while integrating high-end acoustic finishes and minimalist joinery. This approach creates a mature, grounded atmosphere that reflects the client’s legacy while embracing modern workflow agility.
Technical Integration
- Acoustic Partitioning: We engineered a series of “Glazed War Rooms” that provide visual connectivity across the floor plate while maintaining strict decibel-level isolation for confidential negotiations.
- Adaptive Lighting: Integrated smart-grid lighting that adjusts based on natural Westlands luminosity levels, reducing the facility’s carbon footprint by 15% during peak daylight hours.
- Spatial Articulation: The central circulation spine was designed to facilitate “spontaneous collaboration,” with bespoke breakout zones engineered into the transition spaces between executive wings.
