For the Industrial Lounge, we were tasked by MGA to create a specialized commercial environment within a compact 45 sqm footprint. The objective was to blend industrial aesthetics with functional professional space, creating a unique hub for collaborative work and focused productivity.
The Challenge: The project faced complex site conditions that required creative problem-solving to optimize the limited 45 sqm area.
Our Solution: We utilized a specialized design-led approach. By prioritizing smart spatial planning and custom furniture, we maximized the available space without compromising the industrial design theme or user comfort.

Creative Phase: Concept Design, Space Planning, and high-fidelity 3D Modelling & Rendering.
